What is Beta Alanine KN?

Beta Alanine KN supplement   is a pre-workout that aims to help improve physical performance during any type of physical activity and help the body recover faster, leaving you prepared for the next workouts. Composed of two amino acids, alanine and histidine that increase L-Carnosine, whose function is to delay fatigue, increase strength and energy.

What does Beta Alanine KN do?

Energy and strength:  by increasing the levels of L-carnosine, muscle failure takes longer to happen, as it works by recovering damaged fibers more quickly.

How to use Beta Alanine KN

Recommended Use:
Mix 1 scoop with approximately 300 ml of water. Do not eat anything for at least 1 hour before ingesting pre-workout.

Side effects

The  beta-alanine  is POSSIBLY SAFE when taken properly for a short period of time. No side effects have been reported with moderate doses of beta-alanine. High doses can cause redness and tingling.
